Built in 1891 for a Manchester architect, Reginald H Holman, The Red House Country Hotel has a unique character and homely atmosphere reminiscent of a bygone age, making it one of the leading hotels in the Peak District. The hotel has 9 individually decorated rooms, beautiful lawned gardens, and a first-class restaurant. We pride ourselves on our high standards of service and hospitality, attending to your every need, which is why our guests stay with us time after time. All guests arriving in the afternoon are offered complimentary afternoon tea with homemade cake or biscuits. To allow us to service the bedrooms from the night before, we would be grateful if all guests checked-in after 2 pm.
